What is Refresh 19?
Refresh 19 is Freshworks’ global user conference. The first edition this year was on April 24th - 25th at London, and we’re now gearing up for our second edition, on September 4th and 5th, at Las Vegas. Refresh 19 is an opportunity for attendees to engage in sessions about latest trends and best practices in helpdesk/customer support, CX management, IT service desk industries, and more. You can choose from over 5 tracks, which focus on organizational transformation and acquiring practical knowledge on how to make teams more productive and efficient. Additionally, you can also attend hands-on workshops, individual sessions with product managers, knowledge sessions with product experts, and more.
Will there be opportunities to have one-on-one sessions with speakers and thought-leaders?
Absolutely! We have product training sessions, apart from which you can book a one-on-one deep learning session with our product experts.
