What is Refresh 19?

Refresh 19 is Freshworks’ global user conference. We’re having two editions this year, On April 24th - 25th at London and September 3rd - 4th at Las Vegas. Engage in sessions about latest trends and best practices in helpdesk/customer support, CX management, IT service desk industries and more. The attendees can choose from over 5 tracks, themed around organizational transformation.

Will all my questions be answered at the event?

Yes, all your questions will be answered in our sessions.

Will there be opportunities to have one-on-one sessions?

Absolutely! We have product training sessions, apart from which you can book a one-on-one deep learning session with our product experts.

Is there a hashtag I can follow, for everything Refresh 19?

What time should I be there?

Registrations open at 8:00 AM, followed by breakfast. The event starts by 9:00 AM.

How do I register for the event?

Early bird passes start from £199. Prices go up on April 1st, so register and get your pass now!

When does the registration close?

Tickets will be sold until we’re all out, which is why you should register for your place, now.

Where do I pick up my registration badge?

We will have a registration desk set up at Tobacco Dock from 8:00 AM onwards. Please be sure to pick up your badge from there.

Is there anything I need to bring to the conference?

You can bring your laptop or mobile device if you would like to make quick notes or use them. Our sessions are going to be interactive and fun, so gear up as you prefer!

Is there a dress code for the event?

We suggest anything comfortable, on the lines of business casual.

Will there be on-the-spot registrations?

No, we do not have on-site registrations.

In case I cannot attend the event, can I pass on my ticket to a friend/colleague?

Definitely. All you have to do is drop an email to refreshconf@freshworks.com with your colleague/ friend’s information, and we’ll take care of the rest from there.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available at the venue.

Will food be provided at the event?

We will provide breakfast and lunch. There will also be snacks, tea and coffee during the breaks.

How does your cancellation policy work?

We offer a full refund if your ticket is cancelled three weeks prior to the date of the event.

Will the sessions at the event be recorded?

Yes, all the sessions will be recorded.

Will the event be live-streamed?

No, we are not planning to live-stream the event.

Since I am traveling from another country, I might require an invitation letter for a visa. How do I go about this?

Once you’ve registered for the event, please share the following information with us:
- Full name (as given in passport)
- Date of birth
- Passport number
